Meet senior talent.
Make the connection.

Work email required. Company verification before access.

A professional reviews a recruiter’s invitation and consent terms before approving or declining the conversation.

What the recruiter workspace gives you.

Search senior profiles

Filter by skills, location, designation and experience, or use one of your own postings as the search template.

Post roles, openly or confidentially

Every role names its country, work mode and the experience it asks for. A confidential posting shows “A Leading [Industry] Firm” in place of your name.

Ask, then talk

Request a conversation with a Confidential professional. It starts when they approve; their identity stays masked when they do.

Bring your team

An approved organisation can invite the members of its recruiting team to work from one account.

Relevant experience.
In focus.

Confidential selected: a masked persona represents the professional.

Two ways a professional appears.

Each professional chooses how they are discovered. Both are searchable.

Discoverable

  • The professional’s name and career history
  • Skills, industry, city and preferences
  • Start a relevant conversation directly

Confidential

  • Anonymised experience: role family, seniority, skills
  • City, work preferences and expected salary
  • Request a conversation; it begins when they approve

Approving a conversation does not reveal a Confidential professional’s identity. Their current employer never sees their profile, in either mode.

The professional’s Messages screen on a laptop, on its Requests tab: two requests from verified recruiters, each naming the recruiter, their company and the role, with Review request and Decline.
The consent sheet on a phone, Before you connect: the recruiter’s request, what the professional is agreeing to, the consent checkbox, and Approve and start conversation beside Decline.

What the professional sees when you ask.

Your request waits in their Messages, under Requests, until they review it. The conversation is theirs to open.

  1. Marked as a verified recruiter

Your request names you, your company and the role, and carries the verification your company passed.

  2. The terms, before the conversation

They read what a conversation opens and what stays masked, and consent to it. In Confidential mode, approving does not reveal who they are.

  3. Approve or decline, on their side

A conversation opens in Korum when they approve. A decline closes that request only.

Access starts with verification.

Professionals should know who is asking. Company details are reviewed before access is approved.

  1. Introduce your company

Register with your work email and provide your company and contact details.

  2. Complete verification

Supply supporting documents if available. The team may ask for more during review.

  3. Begin after approval

Once approved, discover professionals, post roles and manage your conversations on Korum.

Before you
request access.

The questions recruiters ask first.

Every question, answered
Is Korum for agencies or in-house teams?

Both. Agency recruiters and internal talent teams can request access through company registration and verification.

Can I see a Confidential professional’s name?

No. Confidential profiles show anonymised experience. Approval lets you begin a conversation; the profile remains anonymised.

What does posting a role involve?

A role names its country, work mode and the experience it asks for, and goes through a screening check before it is live. You can post it under your company’s name or confidentially, as “A Leading [Industry] Firm”.
