Who is Korum built for?
Korum is built for professionals with 7+ years of experience, along with agency recruiters and in-house talent teams hiring at this level. Every listed role requires at least seven years of experience.
Is it free to create a professional profile?
Yes. Creating a professional profile on Korum is free.
Can I explore roles without an account?
Yes. You can search and review public roles without an account. To apply to a Korum-posted role, create a free profile or log in. Roles with an Apply externally button take you to the employer’s own site.
Can my employer find my profile?
Korum excludes your profile from matching current employers and companies you block. Confidential mode also protects your name, photo, contact details and employer history. Career details can still be recognisable, so these measures reduce exposure rather than guarantee anonymity.
What happens when I approve a recruiter’s request?
A conversation opens with that recruiter. In Confidential mode, approval does not reveal your identity. Your profile stays masked, and you decide what to share in the conversation.
How do recruiters get access?
Recruiters register with a work email and provide company information for review. Korum approves access before they can discover professionals or post roles. Both agency and in-house recruiting teams can request access.
Can I download the app now?
Not yet. Store links, QR downloads and email-link delivery are not available. You can use Korum through this website.

Korum excludes your profile from matching current employers and companies you block. Confidential mode also hides your name, employers and identifying details. Career details can still be recognisable, so this reduces exposure rather than guaranteeing complete anonymity.
What does it cost?
Creating a professional profile on Korum is free.
What happens after I approve a request?

Can I delete my profile?
You can close your account in Settings. Closing an account deactivates access; it does not automatically erase every stored record. For a data-erasure request, use the contact details in our Privacy Policy.
Who are the recruiters?
Recruiters register with a work email and go through company review. Korum reviews and approves recruiter access before they can discover professionals or post roles. Approved organisations can invite members of their recruiting team.
What if I have under 7 years of experience?
Korum is built for professionals with 7+ years of experience. The opportunities listed on the platform require at least seven years, so Korum may not be the right fit for you yet.

Is Korum for agencies or in-house teams?
Both. Agency recruiters and internal talent teams can request access through company registration and verification.
Can I see a Confidential professional’s name?
No. Confidential profiles show anonymised experience. Approval lets you begin a conversation; the profile remains anonymised.
What does posting a role involve?
A role names its country, work mode and the experience it asks for, and goes through a screening check before it is live. You can post it under your company’s name or confidentially, as “A Leading [Industry] Firm”.
