Experience
deserves to
move quietly.

Korum brings senior professionals and approved recruiters together. With the freedom to be discovered, and the choice of what to share.

Get to know Korum

Your experience.
In view.

Skills. Seniority. Career preferences.

In Confidential mode, your name, photo and employers stay hidden. A conversation opens only when you approve.

See how it works

For people who are not looking loudly.

Your next move should not have to start with a public announcement. Korum gives your experience a place to be discovered, with a choice about how you appear. Your current employer cannot see your profile, in either mode.

Professionals create a free profile and choose how they appear. Recruiters, whether agencies or in-house teams, register, are verified and approved before they can search or post. Every role on Korum asks for at least seven years of experience.

  • Who it is forProfessionals with 7+ years of experience, and the recruiters hiring at that level.
  • What it costsA professional profile is free. Recruiters buy credits once their company is approved.
  • Where the roles come fromKorum recruiters’ own postings, screened before they go live, and employers’ careers sites, labelled separately.
  • Who never sees a profileThe professional’s current employer, and any company they block.

Two ways to be seen.

A professional chooses at sign-up and can change it at any time. Both are searchable; what differs is what a recruiter sees.

Discoverable

  • Name and career history as written
  • Skills, industry, city and preferences
  • Contact details are gated separately from the public profile

Confidential

  • Role family, seniority and experience band, never the name or the photo
  • Skills, industry, city, work preferences and expected salary
  • Employers, exact titles, education and salary history stay protected

A Confidential profile carries an alias. Approving a conversation does not reveal the person behind it; they decide what to share, and sharing with one recruiter never shows it to another.

In Confidential mode, the professional approves the request before a conversation can open.

  1. A recruiter asks

They find a profile in search and request a conversation. In Confidential mode the request reaches an alias.

  2. The professional decides

Approve or decline. Nothing happens until they choose, and a decline is never shown as a rejection of a person.

  3. A conversation opens

Only then can the two talk. The professional stays masked and decides what to share inside the conversation.

Recruiter access is earned.

Professionals should know who is asking. Every recruiter on Korum has been reviewed.

  1. Register with a work email

A personal address is not enough. The company, its registration and the recruiter's role are part of the request.

  2. Verification

Korum reviews the company and may ask for supporting documents before deciding.

  3. Approved access

Only then can a recruiter search, post roles openly or as “A Leading [Industry] Firm”, and invite their team.
