Would you like to develop a specialised security team further while helping to shape the future of our penetration testing and security services? In this role, you combine technical understanding with leadership, client contact and innovation. Together with your team, you will develop our services further, from AI-supported pentesting to Pentesting as a Service.
Your responsibilities:
You take on the professional and organisational leadership of our penetration testing team and continuously develop the team as well as its collaboration.
You coordinate and prioritise pentesting projects and, together with the team, ensure high quality and reliable delivery.
You conduct scoping discussions with clients, translate requirements into suitable testing approaches and support tenders and proposals.
You are the interface between Sales, clients and the penetration testing team, and communicate technical topics clearly and in a way that suits the audience.
You present pentest results and findings and support clients in correctly assessing risks and fields of action.
Together with your team, you develop our services further, in particular around AI-supported pentesting, automation and Pentesting as a Service.
You keep an eye on current security trends and contribute your technical expertise to selected questions, POCs and penetration tests.
This is how you stand out with us:
You bring several years of experience in penetration testing, cyber security or a comparable technical security environment, as well as a good understanding of typical attack scenarios and pentesting methods.
You have already gained experience in professional leadership, coordination or development of teams and want to take responsibility for a specialised team.
You manage to bring together different technical expertise, provide orientation and make good decisions together.
You feel comfortable interacting with clients and ideally have experience with scopings, results presentations or advising on security topics.
You have knowledge in areas such as application security, web applications, Windows/Active Directory or network security. You do not need to be an expert in every area.
New developments such as AI in pentesting, automation or Pentesting as a Service spark your curiosity, and you enjoy trying out and developing new things together with your team.
You communicate confidently in German and English and want to actively shape your team in Graz. Regular in-person collaboration on site is an important part of the role.

You have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. The minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 4,500 per month. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
