Job introduction

Lead the next generation of AI-assisted vulnerability discovery, validation, and remediation capabilities across the enterprise. This role will focus on applying GenAI, agent-based workflows, and automation to scale security assessments and drive measurable risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-powered security scanning initiatives.
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging security AI platforms (e.g. Mythos, AWS Continuum, etc.).
• Design automated vulnerability validation and remediation workflows.
• Build security agents and orchestration pipelines that integrate with SAST, SCA, CSPM, and runtime telemetry.
• Partner with Security Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to validate security findings and improve developer adoption.
• Establish metrics and benchmarks for AI-assisted scanning effectiveness, precision, and remediation outcomes.
• Drive proof-of-concepts through production deployment.

Qualifications requirements

• Strong experience in application security, cloud security, or vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, MCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAST, SCA, IaC scanning, container security, and cloud-native security.
• Experience building automation using Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Ability to independently lead ambiguous technical initiatives.
