About the opportunityWe are looking for a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to join a corporate technology environment with a modern and constantly evolving workplace ecosystem. You will play a key role in the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of End User Computing and Digital Workplace services, acting as a technical reference figure for the administration of Windows and macOS devices and corporate mobility platforms.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation and evolution of corporate workplace platforms, technically leading initiatives related to:
Comprehensive management of the corporate endpoint fleet.
Administration and evolution of Microsoft Workplace platforms.
Management of the Apple Enterprise ecosystem.
Administration of MDM solutions for corporate mobility.
Automation of deployments and configurations.
Specialised technical support N2/N3.
Technical support and leadership of the first-level support team.
Evaluation and implementation of new technologies aimed at the digital workplace.
Device and workplace management
Manage the complete lifecycle of the corporate device fleet.
Coordinate renewal, approval and equipment inventory processes.
Design, maintain and evolve corporate images for Windows environments.
Take part in the validation of new hardware, peripherals and software.
Manage lightweight virtualisation environments and specialised devices.
Microsoft platform administration
Administer and evolve Microsoft SCCM environments.
Manage mass deployments of operating systems and applications.
Design and implement corporate policies using Active Directory and GPO.
Automate processes using PowerShell.
Supervise the correct operation of corporate management platforms.
Mobility management and Apple ecosystem
Administer MDM platforms for corporate mobile devices.
Manage the lifecycle of macOS devices.
Take part in onboarding, enrolment and securing of Apple devices.
Collaborate in defining corporate mobility standards.
Evaluate new unified endpoint management solutions.
Technical leadership and advanced support
Act as the technical reference for complex and escalated incidents.
Provide specialised support to N1 and Service Desk teams.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Communications and Cybersecurity areas.
Drive operational improvements and process optimisation.
Contribute to defining procedures and technical best practices.
Solid experience in administering corporate workplaces and managing endpoints.
Experience in N2/N3 support and administration.
Experience in medium or large-scale business environments.
Experience working with Microsoft and Apple ecosystems simultaneously.
Required knowledge:
Essential: Windows Enterprise, Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager, Active Directory,
Group Policy (GPO), PowerShell, macOS, MDM solutions, Corporate device management.
