Introducing Our Team (Project)
The Strategic Planning Department (Corporate Planning Office) supports the setting and execution of company-wide strategic direction. Its core missions are running the annual business planning and performance management cycle, designing company-wide processes and governance, and carrying out strategic initiatives set by executive management. We work in close, direct collaboration and communication with top management, and organise our team in an agile way according to project characteristics.
Introducing the Missions You Will Take On With Our Team
- Business Planning and Performance Management: Lead annual business plan development for business divisions and subsidiaries, goal setting (OKR/KPI), quarterly management reviews and performance monitoring
- Company-wide Operating System and Governance Design/Improvement: Define roles and responsibilities (R&R) across organisations, optimise resource allocation, design, operate and monitor business processes and systems
- Company-wide Strategic Project Execution: Plan and execute strategic initiatives set by executive management, coordinate cross-functional collaboration
- Team Management and Performance Management: Set goals and expectations, distribute work and coordinate resources, monitor project progress, manage team performance and deliver results
We Want to Grow With Someone Who Has These Experiences! (Required)
- Total career of 10+ years at large corporations/global companies/consulting firms, including 5+ years of strategic planning experience
- Experience directly leading a team as a unit head or PM
- No obstacles to business travel abroad
If You Have These Experiences, You Are the Person We Are Looking For! (Preferred)
- Experience in both corporate strategic planning departments and consulting
- Experience running a company-wide or group-level business planning and performance management cycle
- Experience designing company-wide operating processes and systems, and defining R&R across organisations
- Business Fluent or higher English communication skills
- Direct or indirect experience and understanding of the game, media and entertainment industries
