Join a multidisciplinary team with a key role in defining the technology strategy and evolving the company's technical capabilities. We are looking for a person with a solid track record in software architecture, technical leadership and innovation, able to combine strategic vision, technological excellence and business orientation.
This will be a role with strong cross-functional impact, working closely with technology communities, delivery, pre-sales and business development teams to drive the organisation's technology value proposition.
What do we value?
10 years' experience as a Software Architect and/or 5 as a Solutions Architect.
Demonstrable experience in design, estimation, risk management and implementation of enterprise solutions.
Track record leading technical teams and highly complex technology projects.
Experience in agile methodologies and technology transformation environments.
Participation in pre-sales activities, preparing and defending technical proposals to clients.
Governance and conceptualisation of enterprise architectures.
Microservices architectures and reactive architectures.
Definition of digital transformation roadmaps.
Security, observability and DevSecOps practices
Service Mesh and cloud-native architectures.
Technology evaluation, innovation and definition of technology adoption strategies.
What would your responsibilities be?
Define and evolve the company's overall technology strategy in collaboration with the Technology Communities.
Drive innovation as a differentiating factor, identifying and promoting new technologies, architectures and ways of working.
Technically lead business development initiatives through:
Directing proofs of concept (PoCs).
Reviewing technical proposals and project bases.
Technical evaluation of partners and technology solutions.
Take part in high-value pre-sales, leading the definition and defence of complex, multidisciplinary solutions.
Support clients and teams in defining enterprise architectures and digital transformation strategies.
Provide technical leadership on critical services, working with highly specialised profiles.
Promote good practice in architecture, quality, security and observability.
Support communication, training, technical marketing and brand positioning initiatives.
