Regional Managing Director MVZ - Region North

Do you want to not just administer modern healthcare, but actively shape it?

As Regional Managing Director (m/w/d) for our MVZs in Lower Saxony and Hamburg, you take overall responsibility for four fast-growing MVZs and, together with the Medical Directors, lead their day-to-day operations.

You develop structures and processes hand in hand and jointly set new impulses for everyday practice. In doing so, you coordinate closely with our headquarters in Berlin, because you make important operational and strategic decisions together, not alone. You report directly to the HQ management team, bring your entrepreneurial experience and pass it on to your team, always with the aim of an economically stable and patient-centred care.

For this key position we are looking for you from now on on a full-time basis.

These are your tasks:

• You are responsible for the economic development of your MVZs and steer the commercial processes around finance, controlling, payroll and accounting. In doing so, you actively drive growth, win new practice locations as well as doctors and non-medical staff, and together with the Medical Director make the locations modern and future-proof.

• You ensure compliance with legal requirements, further develop internal control processes and optimise practice workflows, capacity planning, quality management, hygiene and occupational safety.

• You lead your team with foresight, win new talent and continuously develop employees and organisational structures.

This is your profile:

• You have a degree in business administration, health economics/management or something comparable; an MBA/further qualification is an advantage.

• You bring several years of management experience - ideally in outpatient healthcare (MVZ, practice network or similar).

• You have a very good knowledge of KV regulations, EBM and HZV/selective contracts and have experience in QM, compliance, data protection and occupational safety.

• You negotiate confidently, master contract and project management, are digitally savvy and ideally have good English skills.

• You are motivated to optimise existing processes and design new ones.

• You stand out with an appreciative leadership style, strong communication and teamwork skills, deliberate delegation as well as decisiveness and implementation strength - always with an eye on the needs of team and patients.

• You enjoy working in corporate structures, value collaboration with different departments and use central resources effectively.
