Tektome develops and provides the AI intelligence platform "Tektome", specialised in the construction industry.
Tektome consists of two components: the "AI Agent", which carries out operational tasks, and the "Database", which brings together knowledge related to operations in one place. Organisational and tacit knowledge, such as drawings, project documents, meeting minutes, administrative consultation records, internal standards documents and on-site photographs, is structured by AI, and operations themselves progress through dialogue with the agent. Judgements and insights generated during operations are accumulated again in the database, and the agent is also refined based on the organisation's knowledge--through this cycle, the greatest feature is that the more it is used, the more it evolves into an intelligence platform unique to your company.
Position Overview
We are recruiting a Solutions Architect who will be responsible from customer communication through to practical-level verification and solution development, in order to introduce and utilise the Tektome Platform with customers in the construction, facilities and plant sectors.
This position involves understanding customers' operational challenges and working together with those who lead projects to concretely advance the use of the Tektome Platform.
Through dialogue with customers, you will understand daily operational challenges and improvement needs, propose solutions utilising AI agents, and also personally get hands-on in carrying out verification, configuration and application to actual projects.
Beyond simply responding to customer requests, we also expect you to promote utilisation based on usage status and challenges, and to lead to next year's initiative themes and the creation of new use cases.
Experience in a consulting firm or in high-level negotiations with executive management is not a strict requirement. We welcome those who wish to expand into customer communication and project promotion while making use of their expertise in architectural design, BIM and CAD.
For the customer introduction and utilisation promotion of the Tektome Platform, you will be responsible for the following duties.
- Customer introduction and utilisation support for the Tektome Platform
- Regular communication with customers' project leads and practical staff, and understanding of operational challenges and usage needs
- Consideration of response policies for customer requests and challenges, prioritisation, and handling and advancing of tickets
- Consideration of ways to use AI agents suited to customers' practical work, such as architectural design, regulatory research and BIM operations
- Verification, operational checks, configuration and adjustment of AI agents and solutions in actual projects
- Design and configuration consideration of solutions tailored to customers' specific operational workflows
- Checking usage status and introduction effects of the Tektome Platform, and proposing improvements for further utilisation
- Discovery of additional needs through dialogue with customers, and proposals for next year's initiative themes and new use cases
- Internal sharing of insights and feedback obtained from customers, and contribution to improving the product and AI agents
※Building customer relationships and promoting projects, as well as hands-on work such as actual verification, configuration and improvement, are also important roles.
The Tektome Platform is a product that uses AI to support practical work itself, such as construction design, regulatory research, BIM operations and project management. Therefore, those with practical experience or specialised knowledge in the construction industry can excel in proposals to customers and solution development.
We welcome those with any of the following experience.
• Architectural and design experience
Architectural design experience at organisational design firms, general contractors, etc. Those who have worked on operational improvement or efficiency in design work.
• Practical BIM and CAD experience
Design and modelling experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc. Those interested in verification and data utilisation of BIM models, and operational efficiency.
• Practical experience in construction, facilities and subcontracting
Those who have driven construction projects and coordinated with stakeholders through construction management, technical proposals, design support, etc.
• DX and operational improvement experience in the construction industry
Those who have been involved in business process improvement, system introduction or promotion of digitalisation at construction companies or construction-related firms.
• IT and system introduction or customer support experience
Those who have handled customer introduction support, utilisation promotion, requirement organisation or system verification at IT or SaaS companies.
• Project promotion experience
Those who have been involved in coordination with customers and internal stakeholders, project promotion or operational improvement at operating companies.
- Those who enjoy understanding challenges through dialogue with customers and considering solutions
- Those who can proactively verify and improve by getting hands-on and drive projects independently
- Those who can actively learn about AI and new technologies while making use of specialised knowledge in the construction and architecture fields
- Those who wish to take on more upstream roles in the future, such as proposals to customers and DX promotion
- Architectural qualifications such as first-class or second-class architect
- Practical use experience of BIM tools (Revit, Archicad, IFC-compatible software, etc.)
- Experience in design and operational efficiency using Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.
- Experience in operational automation and data processing using Python, etc.
- Experience in operational improvement using AI tools or generative AI
- Experience in customer negotiation, requirement organisation or project management
- Experience in introduction and operational support of SaaS or IT systems
• Take on the challenge of the AI field while utilising your specialised knowledge of the construction industry
You can apply the architectural design, BIM and CAD expertise you have cultivated to building new operational mechanisms using AI.
• Involvement consistently from customer dialogue through to actual solution development
Beyond listening to customers' challenges, you will verify and improve yourself, and be involved all the way to actually changing operations.
• Work face to face with customers' project leads
You will build relationships not only with customers' practical staff but also with those in positions of promoting projects, gaining experience in creating continued utilisation and new initiatives.
• Aim for a future career step as a consultant
By accumulating experience in understanding customers, promoting projects and building AI solutions, you can progress in the future to a Solutions Consultant who proposes to higher decision-making levels and leads DX promotion. Salary increases are also possible in line with the expansion of your role.

< Working Conditions >
Contract period: No fixed term
Probation period: Yes (3 months, or 6 months depending on circumstances)
Working hours: Full flex (no core time)
Workplace: Resident or visiting at client sites, attending the Tektome office, remote work from home
Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays
Leave: Annual paid leave (5 days granted after 3 months of joining, 5 days after 6 months, and 11 days after 12 months)
Maternity and paternity leave, childcare and nursing care leave, nursing care leave for family, bereavement leave, jury duty leave, etc.
Overtime: Yes (discretionary working hours system, averaging up to 20 hours per month)
Salary: 6,000,000 to 10,000,000 yen (annual salary system)
