About the assignment
We are looking for a senior consultant for a large insurance company in Stockholm to lead the work on streamlining and digitalising supplier invoice flows across claims, IT and operations.
The goal is to reduce manual handling, lower costs and increase automation through the transition to electronic invoicing.
Responsibilities
Map and analyse existing invoice flows and suppliers.
Identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
Develop the target picture, migration plan and implementation roadmap.
Drive the transition to electronic invoicing.
Establish processes, governance and a long-term operating model.
Define roles, responsibilities and KPIs for follow-up.
Coordinate work between Claims, IT, Finance, Procurement and external suppliers.
Present results and decision material to the steering group and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Solid experience of large change and digitalisation assignments.
Documented experience of leading complex assignments to a high standard.
Ability to independently drive analysis, planning and change work.
Experience of process development, supplier management and operating models.
Ability to lead larger groups and coordinate several business areas.
We would like you to have approximately 9-12 years of relevant experience and be used to taking significant personal responsibility in complex assignments.
Expected outcome
The assignment should result in a current-state analysis, a mapping of suppliers, a target picture for e-invoice handling, a prioritised migration plan and established processes for governance and management.
The goal is reduced costs, shorter lead times, higher data quality and increased automation.
