In the role you will, among other things:

Develop checklists, templates and shared ways of working for more efficient project delivery
You get a role with great opportunity to influence how Rexel works with establishment projects going forward. It is not just about carrying out projects, but also about developing structures and processes that create long-term value for the business.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for you with solid experience of qualified project management, preferably in operations with many stakeholders, parallel projects and external partners. You create structure, drive the work forward and make well-founded decisions even when conditions change.
To succeed in the role we see that you have:
Several years' experience of independently driving complex projects from start to finish
Good experience of budget work, financial follow-up and commercial prioritisation
Understanding of commercial contracts, contract monitoring and preferably premises leases and negotiations
Understanding of premises, construction contracts, installations and commissioning, without a requirement for specialist building technology expertise
Experience of supplier management, requirements specification and follow-up
Ability to create clear processes, allocation of responsibilities and efficient ways of working
Very good Swedish, good English and a B driving licence, plus willingness to travel for work
As a person you are structured, solution-oriented and strong on execution. You communicate clearly, build good relationships and dare to set requirements. You combine collaborative ability with commercial awareness and a strong drive of your own.
For us, the most important combination is structure, commercial awareness, collaborative ability and a strong drive of your own.
MERITS
Experience of establishments, construction or relocation projects and branch refurbishments, preferably within retail, wholesale or other operations with multiple units. Experience of premises leases, contract negotiations, OneFlow or similar systems, and process development and change management is also meritorious. You do not need to come from a specific industry.
