About BONANA
BONANA builds the commercial engine of B2B companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. RevOps, data, integrations and AI, knitted together so that sales, marketing and service run on the same figures. From Utrecht and Antwerp we have already been doing this for 90+ clients, from scale-ups to international industrial companies.

What we are looking for...
Sr. RevOps Consultant / Architect
Designs how the commercial process runs: lead-to-cash, lifecycle, pipelines, forecasting and quoting.
You can bring people along. You lead workshops with management, sales and marketing, uncover what really happens (not what is in the sales plan) and translate that into a process blueprint.
Knows the value of HubSpot, but also says so when another system works better.
Sr. Data Consultant
Designs the data architecture: objects, properties, associations and the data flows to and from HubSpot.
Leads workshops with business and IT, exposes which data lives where and who is the master of which data, and pours that into a data blueprint that both a CFO and a developer understand.
Determines which integrations will be built and what they do, and gets data quality and governance in order.
Sr. Data Engineer
Builds connections between HubSpot and other systems such as ERPs and financial systems, mainly in n8n and with custom work via REST and GraphQL APIs where needed.
Migrates data from legacy systems to HubSpot: mapping, data structure and a result that sales can rely on on Monday.
Writes Python and SQL, debugs API calls and resolves data inconsistencies before the client finds them.
Works from the data blueprint of our consultants. Do you spot a gap in the design? Then you say so before you start building.
Sr. RevOps Specialist / Engineer
Knows HubSpot down to the workflows, sequences, lead scoring and custom code actions. You get out what is in it before reaching for another tool.
Automates the commercial engine from the process blueprint: signals, enrichment, scoring, routing and inbound and outbound flows, with HubSpot as the source of truth.
Extends with Clay, n8n, APIs and custom code when HubSpot falls short.
Keeps the data clean (deduplication, associations, handoff to sales) and deploys AI and agents where they solve something.
What you bring
At least 7 years of relevant experience.
You work independently and client-facing on behalf of BONANA.
You are registered as a self-employed professional (KvK).
Fluent Dutch is a strong plus; some of the assignments are in English.
You are willing to sign an NDA.
