As Senior Growth Development Manager you will support our Marketing Leadership Team in planning, steering and implementing strategic initiatives. You analyse complex questions, identify growth potential and derive data-driven recommendations for action that have a direct impact on our marketing strategy and business development.

In this role you work on cross-functional projects with high visibility and help drive strategic decisions through sound analysis and structured problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for operational and strategic initiatives in performance marketing, including the planning, creation and scaling of AI-generated advertisements and the continuous optimisation of our paid marketing campaigns.

• You work very closely with the management team and support your mentor in strategic decisions.

• You identify marketing projects, develop independent strategies and implement them in a customer-focused and entrepreneurial way.

• You build growth projects from start to finish in an independent way of working and optimise them.

• You take on ad hoc projects in various areas and support the marketing team across all of its fields of work.

Your Profile

• You have a very successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier business school.

• You have initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company such as a start-up or in a management consultancy.

• You are creative and find it easy to convince other people.

• You stand out through an analytical, proactive and strongly solution-oriented way of working.

• You have a natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• You have a great interest in building companies and a strong desire to learn new things.

• You have a goal-driven way of working, a high degree of proactivity and a sense of responsibility.

• You have experience prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment and can apply a 100% approach to important tasks.

• You set high quality standards for yourself and others and bring a can-do mentality that motivates others.

• You speak and write German and English fluently.
