About the role

Translated into English from Finnish by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.

We are looking for a People Lead for Visma Amili in Turku, who will help people succeed and grow and connect business goals with good people leadership. You will act as the team leader of the customer service team and support the rest of the organisation as an HR partner.

In your work, you translate the company's strategy into everyday reality that your team can understand, and you build a framework with an open atmosphere where everyone has room to grow. One day you discuss strengths and development with a team member, the next you help a manager in a challenging staffing situation or plan together with the production manager the skills needed in the future. You help the team face changes together, openly and with trust. You work closely with the two other People Leads in the house.

What would you do?

As team leader for your team

  • You help team members identify their strengths and develop their skills.

  • You lead with trust and through coaching. You clear obstacles on behalf of the team so that your team can focus on helping customers.

  • You translate the company's goals into everyday reality for your team so that everyone sees the meaning of their work for the customer.

  • You build an open and safe team culture where people dare to ask, suggest and make mistakes.

  • You are responsible for the team's resource planning, ensuring that the team can respond to customer needs while keeping the workload under control.

  • You look after the team's work ability and support the team in line with the early support model.

  • You coach the team in new ways of working and artificial intelligence, and lead the change in everyday work. You work closely with the developers of service processes.

As HR partner

  • You help heads of functions make HR decisions that support the business and anticipate future skills needs.

  • You support leadership of skills and performance: in identifying talent, engagement, building career paths and improving performance.

  • You guide people managers and management in employment matters and in challenging staffing situations.

  • You lead clear and actionable measures based on HR data (such as the staff survey and absences).

  • You support management in change situations and build a people-centred work culture.

  • You handle operational HR work and practical personnel matters, such as recruitment and onboarding, together with the rest of the People team.

What do we expect?

  • Several years of experience in demanding HR work, where you have supported the business and managers, for example in performance management, skills planning, employment law questions and change situations.

  • Experience of managing and coaching people in a line or matrix organisation.

  • Business understanding and the ability to turn strategy into concrete everyday reality.

  • Good change management skills and the ability to act calmly in changing situations.

  • The desire to use artificial intelligence and other technology in your own and your team's work.

  • A suitable higher university degree (e.g. Master of Education or Master of Business Administration with a specialisation in HRM / HRD).

  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills.

Most importantly, however, is a genuine desire to help people succeed.

What awaits you here?

Team you lead: You lead a customer service team of about 30 people, who serve end customers by phone and through electronic channels. Front Office Agents, more familiarly customer advisers, ensure an excellent customer service experience for our customers on invoicing, payment and collection matters on weekdays from 8 to 18. The best thing about the team is the high quality of work (e.g. the average CSAT score for calls was 4.23/5 in 2026) and a genuine and warm team spirit.

Your own team: You belong to a three-person People Lead team, which works closely with the whole organisation. As one team you ensure a good employee experience by coaching staff through change. You share HR practices and development activities together and support each other in the tricky questions of everyday work. In this role you report to the Chief Financial Officer and, in a matrix, to the production manager.

What do we offer?

We offer an interesting and challenging role as part of a warm, comfortable and relaxed work community, as well as modern work tools and staff benefits that support well-being, health and recovery. We will introduce you thoroughly and we are there to support you in everyday work. Our organisation is flat, people enjoy being here, and people leadership work also receives excellent feedback. A multinational group combined with the entrepreneurial drive of the Visma family of companies also creates a unique environment and excellent opportunities to develop.

Apply now and we will be happy to tell you more!

The position is full-time and permanent until further notice. We work flexibly with a hybrid model, but because your team members also enjoy on-site work, we expect you to be ready to work at the Turku city centre office several times a week. The salary is approximately EUR 4,500-5,500 per month, depending on your relevant work experience and skills.

Please send your application no later than 15.11.2026, as we process applications during the application period. The recruitment process includes, after the initial screening, a video interview, two main interview rounds and a suitability assessment. We will reply to all applicants no later than one week after the application period ends, and we will meet candidates who progress in recruitment during November.

For further information, contact Production Manager Krista Broström, 040-529 8573, call times 6.11. 9-11, 10.11. 15-16.30 and 12.11. 10-11. You can reach Krista by email at [contact details removed] Applications are only accepted through our recruitment system.
