Mission

To strengthen our Alsatian Ekip, we are currently looking for a Project Manager, Pharmaceutical Industry.

You will be entrusted with steering industrial projects in the Life Sciences sector (pharma, fine chemicals API and biotechnology).

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage the entire new-build or refurbishment project from the design phase through to the delivery phase,

• Coordinate the project team (internal and external) by setting the objectives to be achieved,

• Carry out contract reviews, requirements planning, and the preparation and management of budgets,

• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures relating to Quality, as well as Safety, Hygiene and Environmental rules within your project teams,

• Guarantee project progress and customer satisfaction in terms of quality, performance, costs and deadlines.

Profile

• With a background as a Chemical Engineer, Biotechnology or general Engineer, or an Industrial Pharmacist, you have a successful track record of at least 8 years in managing significant industrial projects, ideally in the Pharmaceutical, Food or Industry sectors with an ultra-clean environment.

• Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary projects motivates you, and you enjoy technical challenges and technological innovation.

• You are recognised for your technical mastery, your sense of organisation, your responsiveness, your interpersonal skills and your team-building and motivating spirit.

• You speak English fluently.

• Your strengths:

  • Ability to set priorities and ensure deadlines are met

  • Ability to make decisions and show initiative

  • Responsiveness and adaptability
