By joining our teams as a Heritage Building Renovation Project Manager, you will work on a first assignment with one of our clients, a well-known player in its sector, committed to an ambitious programme of transformation and enhancement of its property portfolio.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Managing the studies and renovation works of the head office.

  • Coordinating the various stakeholders: architects, design offices, construction companies and institutional bodies.

  • Technical, financial and schedule monitoring of operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with heritage and architectural constraints.

  • Taking part in decisions on the choice of materials, finishes and decorative elements.

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency between functional objectives and the desired image.

  • Checking the quality of execution and the conformity of completed works.

The profile we are looking for

You hold a degree from an engineering school or a higher education course in building, civil engineering, architecture or construction management, and you want to boost your career through a growing number of assignments on innovative, highly visible projects with major clients.

You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience on complex renovation projects, rehabilitation of existing buildings, heritage restoration or construction management on buildings of high architectural value.
