What will your mission in the project be?

You will be responsible for designing and evolving high-impact technology solutions within the digital ecosystem, defining scalable architectures, guiding the adoption of good development practices and driving the use of AI tools applied to the software development lifecycle.

In addition, you will act as a technical reference for the adoption and evolution of AI-based development assistants, working closely with business, architecture and development teams to accelerate the delivery of value.

Minimum requirements

• Experience in Java 8+ development and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, etc.).

• Proven experience in distributed architectures based on microservices.

• Solid knowledge of messaging systems and asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka.

• Experience working with eventual consistency and decoupled architectures.

• Knowledge of Data-Centric architectures and real-time data processing and streaming platforms.

• Experience designing and implementing Cloud Native solutions in hybrid and scalable environments on Azure, AWS or GCP.

• Ability to define integration architectures, components and complex data flows.

• Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Functional Analysis, etc.).

• Experience liaising with business and transforming functional needs into technical solutions.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI development tools, especially:

  • GitHub Copilot

  • Highly desirable experience with Claude Code

  • Use of development assistants, code generation, refactoring and automation of engineering tasks.

Desirable

• Experience leading technology transformation initiatives.

• Participation in the adoption and evangelisation of AI tools within development teams.

• Experience in e-commerce platforms or large-scale digital ecosystems.

• Knowledge of evolutionary architectures and high-criticality systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve distributed architectures based on microservices.

• Define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, integration architecture, components and data model.

• Actively participate in the evolution of the company's core framework and technology ecosystem.

• Act as technical liaison with business and key stakeholders.

• Promote good practices in development, quality and architecture.

• Drive the adoption of AI tools within development teams.

• Train and support teams in the advanced use of GitHub Copilot and other AI-based assistants.

• Participate in the evolution of internal copilots and accelerators once the functional and technical knowledge of the ecosystem has been acquired.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a long-term Agile environment, iterating on existing solutions and building strategic capabilities for the organisation.
