The Role

• As a Senior Consultant you will independently and proactively lead change management work packages in our client projects, working closely with colleagues and client-side contacts and presenting work results to our clients. In addition, you support the continuous development of our change management methodologies and are involved in sales activities.

What we expect from you

We are looking for colleagues with existing change management experience

• Knowledge and experience of common change management methods and approaches
• Communication talent and team player
• Languages: German and English; additional languages are an advantage in our international working environment
• Practical experience in change management projects, ideally in large, multinational projects in a consulting context (e.g. management consultancy, in-house consulting, etc.) with a focus on IT-driven change

Ideal candidates also have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Agile ways of working and methods
• Training and coaching experience
• Practical work experience in one or more industries
• Experience in creating and presenting consulting proposals
• Working independently in a matrix team structure
