What are we looking for?

For our community, we are looking for a Solution Architect specialised in Data, AI and event processing environments. You will be responsible for turning business needs into robust, scalable architectures aligned with corporate standards, ensuring technical quality and long-term sustainability.

You will work alongside development, product and enterprise architecture teams, ensuring that solutions comply with the technical, regulatory and security principles specific to the financial sector

Job requirements:

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect or senior developer who has moved into architecture.
• Having taken part in the design or development of complex enterprise applications, preferably in banking.
• Desirable participation in technology transformation or platform modernisation programmes.
• Experience in AWS and/or Azure.
• Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• CI/CD, repositories and artefact management: Jenkins, Bitbucket.
• Data architecture: Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse (Snowflake).
• Integration and processing: Kafka/AMQ/MSK, batch/streaming pipelines, ingestion optimisation.
• Governance and compliance: lineage, cataloguing, classification, GDPR/LOPD.
• Observability: logs, metrics, distributed tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Supervised, unsupervised models and time series.
• Batch/streaming scoring architectures integrated via APIs or events.
• MLOps: CI/CD/CT, versioning, monitoring and drift detection.
• GenAI: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, secure prompt management.
• Model risk, explainability (XAI) and regulatory compliance.
