Senior Requirements Analyst - Stockholm and surrounding area

Reqcon is looking for experienced requirements analysts for upcoming consulting assignments in Stockholm and surrounding area.

We regularly receive assignments where our clients are looking for requirements analysts and Business Analysts in both the public and private sectors. That is why we would like to get in touch with you if you work with requirements analysis and are interested in new consulting assignments - now or later on.

We are primarily looking for you who have a few years of experience working as a requirements analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar role.

For example, you have experience of:

• Collecting, analysing and documenting business and system requirements

• Conducting workshops and interviews with the business and other stakeholders

• Breaking down needs and requirements into clear and usable requirements

• Collaborating with the business, development, architects, testers and other IT roles

• Managing and prioritising requirements throughout the development process

• Working in agile development environments

• Creating, for example, user stories, use cases, process descriptions or requirement specifications

Experience from larger organisations, complex IT environments, the public sector or regulated industries is a merit.

It is also a plus if you have worked with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, DOORS or similar.

Our assignments vary depending on the client and may, for example, concern:

• Digitalisation and business development

• System development and system implementations

• Integrations and information flows

• Requirements specification ahead of development or procurement

• Change and transformation projects

• Maintenance and further development of existing systems

The assignments are mainly in Stockholm and surrounding area and may be on-site, hybrid or remote depending on the client.
