Mission

Do you want concrete technical projects in key sectors such as chemicals, pharma or oil & gas? ✨

Our Lyon design office is strengthening its teams and is looking for an experienced Installation Designer (General Installation) to take on exciting industrial challenges

Join a team of 27 General Installation specialists, at the heart of our Industrial Engineering Hub.

You will work closely with the other areas of the hub - processes, electrical, HVAC, civil engineering… - in an atmosphere that is at once challenging, supportive and resolutely project-focused.

🎯 What you will do day to day: 

As a designer, you will be an essential link in our industrial projects:

• Carry out design and execution studies in line with client requirements 

• Co-develop technical solutions with the other engineering disciplines (electrical, ventilation, civil engineering, instrumentation, process) in order to resolve design and installation problems

• Handle modifications in 3D models (E3D or Plant3D) and produce 2D drawings (isometrics, P&IDs…)
  

• Apply the standards and norms of the General Installation trade
  

• Possibly supervise design technicians to meet set deadlines

Profile

🎓 Holding a Bac+2/3 qualification such as BTS CRCI, DUT GMP or equivalent, you have already proven yourself as a designer in a design office.

✅ You have at least 7 years' experience on general installation projects, ideally in the chemicals, pharmaceutical or energy sectors.

🛠 You master modelling tools such as E3D, Plant3D or AutoCAD, and are comfortable producing reliable and legible deliverables.

💡 Organised, rigorous and autonomous, you also know how to work in a team and interact effectively with other trades.

🔥 You have a passion  for technical work, and a sense of customer service, and are motivated by demanding environments and concrete projects with high added value.
