• You hold a university degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Project Management, combined with previous experience managing data, software or artificial intelligence projects.

• You understand how ML and Generative AI solutions work and know how to translate their potential into business language (without the need to write code).

• You move comfortably using agile methodologies, and your skills in managing priorities, expectations and stakeholders at different levels stand out.

• You have a high level of English, essential to collaborate actively with ADEO's global teams.

What you will do...

As AI Delivery Lead, your main mission will be to coordinate the complete lifecycle of our Generative and Traditional (ML) AI projects. You will work hand in hand with the AI Tech Lead and be the essential bridge between business areas and our technical profiles (Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps, Architecture).

• Lead the planning, execution, validation and delivery of AI projects, ensuring their scope and quality.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and define the acceptance criteria for each solution.

• Unblock technical impediments on a day-to-day basis, facilitating collaboration between multidisciplinary profiles.

• Measure the value and operational impact of the solutions, tracking metrics, risks and OKRs (projects in production, ROI, etc.).

• Coordinate with the ADEO group to align schedules and assess the local adoption of global AI projects.
