Zscaler Expert / Zero Trust Architect

As part of our growth, and to meet the specific needs of one of our clients, we are looking for a Network & Security Architect - Zscaler / Zero Trust Expert for a strategic assignment.

• Support the scoping, design and integration of Zero Trust / ZTNA security architectures.

• Design and deploy secure access solutions for internal applications, applications exposed to the Internet and partner environments.

• Define and implement access policies based on identity, location, applications and device compliance.

• Lead architecture workshops in collaboration with the Network, Security, IAM and Infrastructure teams.

• Carry out architecture studies, identify technical dependencies and formalise target architectures.

• Design and implement POCs and technical pilots to validate the various Zero Trust use cases.

• Define and support migration strategies for existing access, in particular IPsec VPN, while ensuring service continuity.

• Carry out integration phases, testing, technical acceptance and security validation.

• Write general and detailed architecture documents, integration procedures and migration plans.

• Ensure knowledge transfer to technical and operations teams.

• Expertise in Zscaler solutions, in particular ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and Zscaler Client Connector.

• Mastery of Zero Trust / ZTNA architectures, access control mechanisms and application segmentation.

• Solid networking and security skills: DNS, routing, firewalls, proxy, IPsec VPN, WAF and traffic analysis.

• Good knowledge of identity and authentication solutions: IAM, SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA and identity federation.

• Mastery of PKI mechanisms, digital certificates and revocation management.

• Experience in securing internal applications and applications exposed to the Internet.

• Knowledge of device compliance, logging and monitoring mechanisms.

• Mastery of design, integration and migration methodologies for security architectures.

• Essential professional English, in particular for writing technical deliverables.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills and ability to solve complex problems.

• Autonomy, rigour and a sense of responsibility.

• Ability to lead technical workshops and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Ability to anticipate risks and propose solutions suited to operational constraints.

• Higher education in IT, networking or cybersecurity (Bac+5 or equivalent).

• Significant experience in network and security architecture, ideally gained in large enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Zscaler solutions and Zero Trust / ZTNA architectures.

• Proven experience leading migration and transformation projects for security infrastructures.
