Senior Beauty Expert

For our store in Venlo we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Beauty Expert (32-38 hours).

As  Senior Beauty Expert you fulfil an important and versatile role in our store. With your expertise you offer professional and suitable advice. You can also sell our beauty products expertly. You know how to keep customers loyal to us over the long term. In this way we achieve our sales targets together. But your role goes further than that, because as senior you are a true role model for your colleagues!

Your responsibilities

• You know how to pass your knowledge and enthusiasm on to the team; 

• You support managers; 

• Quiet or busy: you are always working to improve customer focus; 

• You put in non-stop effort to give every customer a total experience at Douglas; 

• You are commercially strong and work actively with our changing marketing activities (so you easily switch between sales and other supporting tasks);

• Every day you proudly show what Douglas stands for!

Your knowledge and skills

• Enthusiastic and representative;

• Dedicated, proactive and customer-friendly;

• At least MBO level in work and thinking;

• Good product and professional knowledge;

• Several years of experience in the cosmetics industry (preferred);

• You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, spoken and written (preferred);

• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends), because our stores have extended opening hours to serve our customers as well as possible.
