Your tasks

• You are responsible for developing and implementing the SEA strategy via Google Ads and relevant paid search platforms, and you continuously develop our campaigns further.

• You take responsibility for budget planning, campaign management and achieving defined performance targets.

• You analyse campaigns and independently identify potential to increase efficiency, conversion and growth.

• You continuously optimise keywords, ads, target groups, bidding strategies and landing pages and derive concrete measures from this.

• You work closely with the management team and support your mentor in strategic decisions in the area of paid search.

• You independently develop SEA projects from conception through implementation to scaling and performance measurement.

• You identify new growth and optimisation potential in paid marketing and implement it in a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial way.

• You take on ad hoc projects and support the marketing team with cross-functional tasks and strategic questions.

Your profile

• You know how to set up, optimise and scale paid search campaigns through your experience in a fast-growing company such as a startup or in a consultancy/consulting firm.

• You are creative and find it easy to convince other people.

• You are distinguished by an analytical, proactive and strongly solution-oriented way of working.

• You have a natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• You have a great interest in building companies and a strong willingness to learn new things.

• You have a purposeful way of working, a high level of proactivity and a sense of responsibility.

• You have experience prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment and can apply a 100% approach when working on important tasks.

• You set high quality standards for yourself and others and bring a can-do mentality that motivates others.

• You speak and write German and English fluently.
