About the role

Translated into English from French by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.

Estreem: the new benchmark for payment processing in Europe

Born from a strategic partnership between two major French banking groups, BNP Paribas and BPCE, Estreem is an independent fintech launched in February 2025. Its ambition: to become the first sovereign payment processor in France, capable of operating at European scale.

In a payments sector undergoing profound transformation, Estreem positions itself as a disruptive player, combining security, technological agility and economic competitiveness. The objective is clear: to rapidly join the TOP 3 European processors.

Equipped with a next-generation platform, Estreem covers the entire card processing value chain, from software publishing to operational management, relying on state-of-the-art (cloud) infrastructure. It supports all major payment schemes (CB, Visa, Mastercard) as well as new European schemes, such as Wero.

Designed from its creation to reach beyond French borders, Estreem aims to become a pillar of European strategic autonomy in the field of payments.

The 3"E" of Estreem sum up its DNA: Excellence in technology, Expertise in the business, and a strong European vision.

đź’Ľ Your role at Estreem

Estreem mainly supports leading (Tier 1) banking players within strategic transformation and onboarding programmes, whose implementation cycles span several years.

As Principal Implementation Consultant, you are the reference point for your area of expertise within Professional Services (Acquisition, Issuing, Disputes, etc.) and you work on the most strategic and complex projects on the Estreem platform.

You support our clients in adopting and implementing the Estreem platform, leading the entire onboarding journey: requirements scoping, integration with the client ecosystem, support for client testing, migration follow-up, and operational preparation before Go Live. You guarantee a robust, secure implementation that meets our clients' business and regulatory challenges.

As a recognised expert, you define implementation approaches, secure structuring decisions and support delivery teams in resolving the most critical issues to ensure project success, from scoping through to go-live.

Reporting to the Consulting & Implementation Manager, you work with the Client Delivery Managers (in charge of the client relationship, and guarantors of the successful implementation of the SaaS solution at our clients) to ensure project coordination and alignment between business needs, technical constraints and platform developments.

Your main responsibilities:
Leading the most strategic projects
  • Lead the entire implementation cycle of the Estreem platform, from the scoping phase through to production.

  • Support clients through their onboarding journey by ensuring alignment between their business needs, target architecture and the platform's capabilities.

  • Define and supervise integration, configuration, data migration, testing and go-live preparation activities.

  • Guarantee the success of the projects entrusted to you, by ensuring control of risks, quality and delivery commitments.

  • Secure structuring decisions and support teams in resolving critical issues.

  • Manage situations requiring functional, technical or organisational trade-offs.

  • Build a relationship of trust with clients and support them in their transformation programmes.

Delivery leadership and coaching
  • Provide functional management of the Lead and Specialist Implementation Consultants working on your projects.

  • Guarantee the quality of the deliverables, analyses and recommendations produced.

  • Support the skills development of consultants through coaching, sharing of experience and review of work.

Contribution to internal teams and to the development of the Professional Services offering

Estreem is a company in full construction, so you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to structuring the team, our working methods and our offerings.

As head of your area (for example Acquisition, Issuing or Disputes), you are responsible for the consistency of Professional Services practices:

  • Define and maintain the methodologies, processes and delivery standards for your area.

  • Formalise playbooks, templates, implementation guides and best practices.

  • Capitalise on project feedback to continuously improve our methods and ensure the dissemination of knowledge.

You work closely with the Product and Technology teams to improve cross-functional collaboration.

You contribute to structuring our Professional Services offering and to pre-sales activities:

  • Take part in estimating effort, defining implementation strategies and building client support proposals.

🎯Your profile

You have solid experience implementing complex solutions for banking or financial players and have successfully led critical transformation projects from end to end.

Recognised for your functional expertise and your ability to work in demanding environments, you know how to support clients from defining their needs through to putting a solution into production, reconciling business challenges, technical constraints and delivery objectives.

You enjoy fast-growing environments and want to actively contribute to building the methods, standards and offerings of an ambitious Professional Services team.
