What are we looking for?
For our client in the Automotive sector, we are looking for an IT Enterprise Architect to join a strategic project for the company, actively participating in defining and evolving the corporate IT architecture. The selected person will play a key role in aligning technology and business, driving digital transformation through a solid vision of Enterprise Architecture.
The role combines strategic vision, analytical capability and technical leadership, working closely with business, IT and global architecture teams to ensure scalable, aligned and sustainable solutions.
English level B2 is required for the position
The working model will be Hybrid, as the person will need to be based in Alcobendas, with two days of on-site presence per week.
Responsibilities and duties
• Participate in defining the global IT architecture strategy, with a strong Enterprise Architecture vision.
• Support the creation and evolution of the Reference Architecture, the Operating Model and the application roadmap.
• Ensure the alignment of IT architecture with the client's business strategy and objectives.
• Analyse internal business functions, development strategies and IT processes, proposing improvements and optimisations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and architectural specifications that guarantee the correct deployment of systems and services.
• Create and maintain Business Architecture models aligned with the client's strategy and vision
• Collaborate with the Global Architect Director in implementing the IT architecture strategy (infrastructure, applications, data and security).
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to project teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and principles.
• Support and document the client's Cloud First strategy through the design and management of cloud architecture.
• Define and maintain best practices, standards and guidelines for the design and delivery of solutions and services.
• Design application architecture solutions based on the analysis of business requirements.
• Review User Stories, identifying existing initiatives or applications that could cover similar needs.
• Support the design of integration services under an API First approach, providing technical oversight and guidelines.
• Identify and manage IT architecture risks and issues.
• Support the IS/IT teams and the business in internal and external audits.
Requirements
• Solid experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT Architecture roles.
• Ability to align IT strategy and business objectives.
• Knowledge of application architectures, integration, cloud and IT governance.
• Analytical, communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
