We are now looking for an experienced specialist in control and monitoring systems who wants to take a key role in quality assurance and follow-up of software deliveries from several international suppliers.
The assignment involves ensuring that approved solutions for an upgraded vehicle control system are implemented correctly across the entire vehicle fleet. The role involves a strong focus on processes, quality and system integration in an environment where the software of several suppliers interacts within a shared control and monitoring system.
Responsibilities
Ensure quality in suppliers' software development and deliveries
Develop and maintain processes and routines for software development and maintenance
Follow up system integration within vehicle control systems and TCMS
Take part in coordination between several parallel software deliveries
Take part in verification and validation of software and system solutions
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience of control and monitoring systems in railway vehicles
At least 7 years of experience of system integration within vehicle control systems
Very good knowledge of EN 50128 and EN 50657
Solid experience of establishing and maintaining processes for software development
Experience from larger, international projects with many stakeholders
Good IT skills and very good structure and accuracy
Language requirements: fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Experience of TCMS development, integration or assessment
Experience of reviewing and structuring software documentation for maintenance
