What minimum skills do we expect from you?

You should have 8 to 10 years of experience in Python development, specialised in recent years in AI Generative (Note: if you have slightly fewer than 8 years, we'll still listen to you 👂) What we want is to see your eagerness to contribute, learn, grow and join stable, dynamic projects that are a challenge for you:

Backend

• Strong background in Python development

• Design of REST APIs and decoupled architectures.

• Integration with corporate systems

Applied AI

• LLM-assisted automation.

• Orchestration of intelligent workflows.

• Use of tools such as Cursor, Claude or similar

Frontend

• Experience with React, Vue or equivalent frameworks.

• SSR / hybrid rendering and performance optimisation.

• Scalable frontend architectures and development of business-oriented interfaces.

Data & Integration

• Advanced SQL

• Integration with ERPs or enterprise platforms.

• Experience with queues, asynchronous jobs or events.

Dev & Quality

• Git, testing, CI/CD.

• Security and good practices.

It's a PLUS if you have:

• Experience in enterprise environments.

• SAP or other ERP integrations.

• Event-driven architecture.

• Observability and monitoring.

• DevOps mindset.
