Accounting and Tax Advisor

On behalf of PIMEC, we are recruiting for an accounting and tax advisory firm for an ACCOUNTING AND TAX ADVISOR with experience in tax advisory and management, to take responsibility for the accounting and tax obligations of a portfolio of companies and professionals.

What will your responsibilities be?

Your MISSION will be to manage the accounting and taxation of the assigned clients, ensuring compliance with tax and legal obligations, the quality of accounting information and rigorous, personalised advice.

You will be RESPONSIBLE for:

- Accounting management: maintaining full accounting for the assigned companies and professionals, ensuring correct application of current regulations.

- Tax management: preparing and filing quarterly and annual tax returns.

- Tax and legal procedures: managing census changes, carrying out tax procedures and maintaining communication with the Spanish Tax Agency.

- Client advice: answering queries and providing accounting and tax advice to clients in the assigned portfolio.

- Control and review: supervising the quality and reliability of accounting data related to tax obligations, applying the necessary verification and control procedures.

What skills and knowledge are required for the position?

- University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Accounting and Finance or similar.

• Master's in Taxation an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within a gestoría (tax and accounting firm).

• Advanced command of accounting and national tax regulations.

• Proficiency in the A3CON, A3ECO, A3SOC and A3REN management programs.

• Permanent contract

• Hours: Full-time Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:30; Friday intensive shift from 9:00 to 14:00. Intensive shift in August.

• Salary: 30k - 32k

• Workplace in Barcelona.
