Area Director - Home Care Services

The Area Director is the ambassador of the Ouihelp vision and values in their territory. Dynamic, creative and resolutely human, they are a true entrepreneur on a regional scale. 

Their main missions are to deliver the Ouihelp promise to its beneficiaries and its caregivers, and to achieve the development objectives for their region. To do this, they rely on their teams, whom they manage in line with Ouihelp's values.

We are looking for an area director to develop a new region: From the Atlantic to the Massif Central (or Royan -> Le Puy)

Reporting to the Director of Operations, their main objectives are as follows:

• Recruit their operational teams and open 6 agencies in their territory in the first half-year (Royan, Angoulême, Limoges, Brive, Périgueux, Le Puy-en-Velay)
• Prospect and manage the hospital partners of each agency
• Drive each of these agencies towards growth: €1M in revenue after 2 years for agencies opening, +40 to 60% for agencies in operation
• Guarantee the Ouihelp quality of service: rating above 4.7/5
• Monitor the administrative compliance of client files and monitor overdue payments

Detailed missions:

Management of each local team

• Recruit, train and develop the team members
• Involve the teams and ensure they achieve their objectives
• Ensure the team's management routines
• Foster collective momentum: support and mutual help
• Manage the HR administration of staff (leave, expense claims, annual reviews...)

Reporting

• Steer the activity of the various agencies through the dashboards provided by Ouihelp; analyse performance, identify areas for improvement, propose and implement action plans
• Escalate important information (HR, regulatory, client...) to their manager and consult them on decisions requiring their involvement
• Work with the sales department (Inside Sales / Business Developer) and the other support functions

Ouihelp business development

The Area Director works with their teams to achieve the objectives set for their scope: number of new clients, conversion rate, hours, revenue and gross margin. These objectives are presented in an annual budget.

To do this, the levers to activate include:

• Ensure the budget of each agency is met through the various performance indicators
• Ensure quality of service within their agencies
• Managing priority partners + Target new partnerships and prospect them
• Develop client and caregiver referrals

Operations management and supervision

• Ensure the Ouihelp quality of service delivered by each agency
• Ensure compliance with our regulatory framework and the administrative follow-up of files. Ensure files are complete: beneficiary, caregiver and contract declarations
• Ensure invoices are settled properly through the monitoring of SEPA mandates, deposit cheques and the recovery of any unpaid amounts
• Allocate the operational management of teams within each agency. Anticipate annual leave periods
• Monitor the HR health of their territory

Skills sought

• You have proven expertise in agency manager roles. Your field knowledge allows you to stay close to the issues faced by your clients and colleagues.
• You have a first successful management experience: you know how to unite a team and help it progress
• You know how to drive and grow your development through partners and field prospecting
• You know how to manage an activity: figures hold no secrets for you and you know how to translate them into objectives and optimisations.
• You know how to step back and take a broader view of day-to-day operations, in order to design and implement a strategic plan: budget building, roadmaps, recruitment plan, support plan

Profile sought

• You are preferably based in the centre of the area to be built, ideally in Limoges or Angoulême, to facilitate your travel across each zone and future agency.
• You are convinced by the Ouihelp project and the well-being of our elders is a cause close to your heart
• You must have a first significant experience in home care / personal services
• You are used to working in a multi-task environment
• You are not afraid to get involved in operations when needed
• You adapt quickly and want to invest in a hyper-growth project
• You are a leader and resolutely focused on achieving your objectives
