(Senior) Data Management Consultant - Banking Sector

• Regulation & Governance: Support in implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239) and developing sustainable data strategies and governance structures in the financial sector

• Designing innovative data solutions: Contributing to varied projects for the development and implementation of modern data and reporting platforms and pipeline architectures

• Consulting with foresight: Comprehensive support for our clients - from requirements analysis through design to the implementation and optimisation of data architectures and pipelines

• Use of modern technologies: Working with leading platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra, Confluent, Denodo or Starburst

• Professional development: Participating in studies, publications, analyses and proposals in the field of Data Engineering

• Team & Innovation: Actively developing our Data & Analytics portfolio within a diverse, motivated and supportive team

• Quality management: Ensuring data quality and transparency across the entire data lifecycle

• Completed degree in Data Science, (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Economics or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in data management, governance and/or engineering

• Enthusiasm for data, initiative and an analytical eye for detail

• Experience advising banks or financial companies, and working with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Denodo or Starburst

• Passion for modern data architectures, data modelling and engineering

• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)

With us you have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, the gross monthly salary for this full-time position is between EUR 4,350 and EUR 6,000.
