Construction Project Manager with a focus on TEDD

Would you like to be involved when property deals are decided while also leading your own construction and property projects? We are growing in Stockholm and are looking for a construction project manager who will have considerable autonomy to develop both assignments and the business.

About the role
As a construction project manager with us, you will carry out technical due diligence for clients who are buying or selling a property or a portfolio. In parallel, you lead construction and property projects as project manager, site manager or design manager, from early stages through to completed building. You lead your own assignments with responsibility for delivery and finances and work actively to develop the business. You see opportunities with existing and new clients and take the initiative to submit tenders. Some assignments may require security clearance. Our office is in Stockholm, but we work flexibly according to role and client assignments.

We are looking for you who
You have between seven and ten years of experience independently leading construction and property projects as project manager, site manager or design manager. You are a higher education engineer or have equivalent competence through at least seven years of work in the industry. You speak and write Swedish well. You have a background in construction and are curious about new types of assignments, committed to your clients' issues and driven when it comes to finding your next deal yourself. You have a good understanding of business and experience of sales. As the client's adviser, you remain confident even when the message is uncomfortable, you keep several assignments running in parallel and you write clearly in both reports and tenders. It is a merit if you have experience of technical due diligence or of property transactions.
