Dive into Innovation with Groupe CRIT and join us as an AI QA Engineer!
Passionate about new technologies and ready to take on exciting challenges? Groupe Crit, a leader in temporary staffing and recruitment in France, is looking for its future senior AI QA Engineer for our web & mobile projects. Our dynamic, multidisciplinary team is growing rapidly, and we need seasoned talent to ensure the quality of our innovative solutions!
Your Mission, if you accept it:
As a QA Engineer, you will be at the heart of quality assurance. You will work closely with the development and product teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our products before they go into production.
The role currently includes a significant dimension of manual testing to ensure optimal functional coverage of our applications. As part of our quality strategy, however, we are gradually moving our practices towards greater test automation, and you will play a key role in this transformation.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes by identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation through Artificial Intelligence.
Your Superpowers:
Designing and implementing advanced test strategies to ensure the quality of our solutions.
• Designing, maintaining and running automated tests, while optimising existing processes.
• Carrying out functional, regression and exploratory manual test campaigns to ensure the quality of deliveries.
• Taking part in defining and executing the test automation strategy to support the growing maturity of the QA team.
• Using Cypress and Playwright to develop and maintain automated web and mobile test suites.
• Managing and tracking test cases and qualification campaigns via Xray.
• Analysing incidents and production feedback with Sentry, in order to identify areas for improvement and prevent regressions.
• Taking part in the transformation of quality by integrating Artificial Intelligence and LLMs into testing processes and the team's tools.
• Designing and implementing advanced AI-driven automation solutions: test case generation, coverage optimisation, anomaly analysis and continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Rapidly creating innovative AI proofs of concept, assessing their business value and industrialising high-impact solutions.
• Developing AI workflows and agents capable of automating complex QA tasks and reducing low-value activities.
• Setting up performance indicators to concretely measure the impact of AI on quality, productivity and speed of test execution.
• Supporting teams in adopting best practices for the use of AI within development and qualification activities.
• Identifying, documenting and tracking bugs throughout the development cycle, proposing effective solutions.
• Actively taking part in specification reviews and collaborating with development teams to continuously improve processes.
• Defining and implementing quality standards and testing best practices, supporting team members.
• Analysing test results and writing clear, concise reports with strategic recommendations.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes by incorporating lessons learned.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency on the progress of tests and projects.
• Working actively with UX/UI teams to ensure an optimal and intuitive user experience.
What We Are Looking For:
• Significant experience in quality assurance, ideally in web and mobile applications.
• Mastery of manual testing and strong experience of test automation with Cypress and/or Playwright.
• Proficiency with QA tools such as Xray, Sentry and good qualification practices in an Agile environment.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, with the ability to go beyond simply using tools by understanding the mechanisms, limitations and opportunities offered by LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience using or integrating AI models via API to automate, optimise and industrialise QA activities.
• Mastery of prompt engineering and the ability to design AI workflows, assistants or agents addressing concrete business problems.
• Ability to challenge existing QA practices and identify new use cases that improve quality, test coverage, defect detection and team productivity.
• Good understanding of the issues linked to AI use: reliability, reproducibility, hallucinations, security, data confidentiality and cost control.
• Experience of integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implementation of self-healing tests mechanisms that automatically adapt tests to application changes.
• Intelligent generation of test data and AI-assisted analysis of logs and incidents.
• Using AI to identify risk areas and prioritise testing efforts.
• Analytical mind, spirit of innovation and ability to objectively measure the value created by the solutions implemented.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Desire to contribute to innovative web and mobile solutions and to support the QA maturity of the Group.
