We are looking for you as a (Senior) Key Account Success Manager:in to support the Hospital Success team in Cologne.
In the Hospital Success team, you look after a fixed client base of clinics and hospitals and actively contribute to the team's growth. In doing so, you work closely with Sales, Deployment and Technical Project Management to give your clients the best possible success with Doctolib.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue cross-selling potential in order to grow your accounts
  • Lead negotiations confidently, and create, follow up on and reliably close contracts
  • Analyse client and business metrics (MRR, KPIs), recognise developments early and derive concrete measures from them
  • Work closely with Sales, Deployment and Technical Project Management internally to resolve challenges quickly and drive client success forward together

Your profile
Are you firmly convinced that you bring exactly what the position requires? Then we encourage you to apply. Even if you do not meet every requirement, you may be exactly the right future Doctoliber for this or another role!

  • Account management competence: You independently look after a fixed client base, recognise potential early and develop accounts strategically
  • Product and customer orientation: You dig deep into the product and take responsibility for your clients' success, even when it requires going the extra mile
  • Teamwork and reliability: You work constructively with internal stakeholders and are an honest, motivated and persistent point of contact
  • Technical affinity: You approach digital products and technical topics openly and curiously, and you quickly find your way in a SaaS environment
  • Language skills: German at C1 level and good English
We are also particularly interested in:
  • Experience in healthcare or the hospital environment
  • Experience with strategic key accounts involving multiple stakeholders
  • Affinity for AI topics and an interest in identifying potential for clients and internal processes
