About the role:
Do you like it when governance actually works in reality, not just in policy documents? Coligo is looking for a senior consultant in Compliance and Microsoft Purview who wants to take a clearly advisory role - both in customer assignments and in how we develop our business.
You will work on assignments where information security and compliance are business-critical, but also help shape how we work in these areas going forward - from individual deliveries to more coherent, value-based initiatives.
You move confidently between strategy, technology and change management, and can explain the "why" as well as the "how".
Responsibilities:
Advisory and implementation within Microsoft Purview - from baseline to more advanced governance
Work with Information Protection, DLP, Data Lifecycle Management and eDiscovery
Help customers create governance that is actually used and creates value
Lead dialogues with IT, security and the business - sometimes also at C-level
Contribute to developing Coligo's offering within compliance and information security
Qualifications:
Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Compliance in Microsoft 365
Good understanding of information security, risk and compliance - and how this is applied in practice
Experience of working in an advisory role, where you lead dialogues with customers and help them make decisions
Ability to move between technology, the business and strategy depending on the situation
Consultative and self-directed - you take responsibility for your assignments and drive the work forward
Used to working in complex organisations with many stakeholders
Meritorious:
Experience of working with CIO/CISO or other decision-makers
Experience of change management or implementation in larger organisations
Certifications in Microsoft Security/Compliance
Very good command of Swedish, spoken and written, is a requirement
Being able to start at short notice is a clear USP.
