Zoey was founded in 2024 by experienced HR and TA consultants who wanted to create a platform for fast, responsive and insightful support to HR and TA functions. We are now developing our offering within Total Reward and want to get to know more senior payroll consultants who combine solid payroll expertise with systems understanding and an interest in developing and modernising payroll work.

We are curious about you
You know payroll inside out and are confident working operationally yourself through the entire payroll process. At the same time, you lift your gaze and see how payroll, HR, finance and systems fit together.
You like understanding what needs to work here and now, but also finding ways forward. Perhaps you have led a system change, developed collaboration with a payroll partner or changed ways of working that made payroll delivery both safer and more efficient.
We would love to get to know you if you have experience in several of these areas:
Independent responsibility for the entire payroll process, including controls, reporting and the annual cycle
Quality assurance and application of laws, collective agreements and internal regulations
Payroll systems, integrations and data flows between payroll, HR and finance
Change and transformation projects that develop processes, streamline and modernise the payroll function
Swedish and international payroll and/or coordination and follow-up of external payroll partners
Analysis of payroll data and decision-support material that helps the business prioritise and improve
We are particularly curious if you have practical experience of using AI and automation to simplify work, strengthen quality or free up time for analysis and development.
You may have worked as a senior payroll specialist, Payroll Lead, payroll manager or consultant. We are equally curious about your experience and overall perspective as about which questions you want to work on going forward.
We want to get to know you ahead of future interim and project assignments, whether you run your own business or are interested in becoming an employed consultant with us. You are also very welcome to get in touch if you already have an assignment and want to stay in contact ahead of the next step.
