Finance Director

We are looking for a Property Management Director with leadership experience in managing residential and commercial property portfolios, to lead property management operations and oversee operation, leasing, maintenance and customer relationship management, ensuring the enhancement of asset efficiency and achieving the highest levels of quality and return on investment.

•Leading and managing all financial and accounting operations of the company.

• Overseeing financial planning and preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Developing internal control systems and managing financial risks.

• Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and ensuring compliance with financial and tax standards and regulations.

• Managing cash flows, improving financial performance and supporting strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a Master's degree preferred.
• Recognised professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA).
• Experience of at least 10 years in the financial field, including at least 3 years in a Financial Manager position.
• Previous experience in holding companies is preferred.
• Experience in one of the Big 4 audit firms is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS, Zakat and tax standards.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
