Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
We are looking for a Head of Integrated Marketing France to join our France Marketing team, based in Paris.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing France, you will lead one of the three Marketing teams in the French market and manage a team of 3 people.
Your mission: to be the connecting point between the Global strategy and its execution in the French market, bringing all stakeholders together around a clear, structured marketing vision that is executed on time.
At the crossroads of strategy, orchestration and execution, you will carry the French marketing vision to Global and local executive bodies, while ensuring that every campaign, whether global or local, is delivered with excellence and on time. You will also lead the loyalty programme in France.
Your responsibilities- Define and advance the French marketing strategic vision, building on a detailed understanding of the Global strategy and ensuring its relevant translation to the French market (local specifics: creative, consumption moments, culture...).
- Be the constructive counterpart for Global: know how to fit into a global strategy while challenging it with well-reasoned arguments when French specifics require it.
- Bring together all teams (Sales, Brand & Media, Creative, CRM, Analytics, Global...) to ensure everyone works towards the same objectives and on the same timetable.
- Lead and secure the delivery schedule of campaigns (global and local): briefs on time, media plan validation, brand validation, etc., to guarantee smooth execution.
- Simplify and frame complex topics involving multiple stakeholders, bringing out the decisions to be made and presenting the resulting recommendations.
- Formalise and present the French marketing vision and performance at executive level, with clarity and impact.
- Lead the loyalty programme in France, ensuring its consistency with the global marketing strategy and local business priorities.
- Integrate AI into the team's working methods to gain efficiency and quality of execution.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 people, providing vision, coaching, structure and execution discipline.
You are a structured marketing leader, recognised for your ability to simplify complex multi-stakeholder topics and to make things move forward.
In particular, you bring:
- 8 years or more of marketing experience, with significant experience in matrix and multi-market environments.
- A proven ability to work at the interface of Global and Local, knowing how to both align with a global strategy and challenge it constructively when necessary.
- Natural leadership to bring together, frame and orchestrate topics involving many stakeholders, without direct line authority over most of them.
- Strong formalisation and communication skills, particularly for presenting a vision or recommendation to an executive audience.
- A marked PMO orientation: rigour, attention to detail, ability to keep control of complex schedules and enforce deadlines.
- An appetite for AI and its integration into marketing working methods.
- A successful track record in management and talent development.
- Working proficiency in French and English.
- Leadership and bringing cross-functional teams together
- Simplifying and framing complex topics
- Organisation and rigour (PMO)
- Ability to challenge constructively
- Communication and formalisation at executive level
- Project management and meeting deadlines
- Appetite for AI and new tools
- Management and talent development
- Knowledge of media (brand and performance)
- Business orientation, comfortable with data and quantified reporting
