Senior Manager Digital & Performance Solutions (all gender)

You think strategically, understand Digital & Performance holistically and move confidently between consulting, technology and marketing?
Then take on a key role with us at the interface of Digital, Commerce, Performance Marketing and technology consulting - with plenty of creative scope, demanding clients and real influence on the growth and quality of our solutions.

Your tasks:

• Strategic consulting of clients on Digital, Commerce, Performance and Marketing Technology topics
• Design, management and further development of consulting and implementation projects in the area of Digital & Performance
• Professional coordination of internal specialists within client teams
• Active involvement in pitches: development of Digital & Performance strategies, storylines and solution architectures
• Identification of cross- and upselling potential together with account and client teams
• Close collaboration with platform and technology partners
• Professional contribution to the further development of our Performance & Commerce solutions
• Knowledge transfer and professional impulses for internal teams and interfaces

What you bring:

• Several years of relevant experience in Digital Commerce, Performance Marketing, Martech or technology-driven consulting
• Deep professional expertise in developing performance strategies and digital solution approaches
• Experience in pitch situations and consultative collaboration with clients
• Confident presence towards clients, agencies and interdisciplinary teams
• Structured, analytical way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Enjoyment in making complex topics understandable, effective and solution-oriented
