Cost Controller Area Fano

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for 2 Senior Project Cost Controllers to support Project Control services for major environmental remediation projects at fuel stations and industrial sites in the Energy & Oil & Gas sector.

Role description:

The resources will handle the financial control and administrative-accounting management of environmental remediation projects, ensuring monitoring of work orders, financial progress, budgets and the processes preparatory to invoicing.

Main responsibilities:

• Issuing and managing Work Orders (OdL) to environmental contractors and other subcontractors through the client's management systems, in particular SAP

• Managing approved SAL, issuing the related Service Acquisition Forms (MAP) and the documentation required for invoicing

• Preparing periodic reports on the Work Orders and approved SAL

• Processing client provision requests

• Opening and entering project budgets on SAP WBS

• Managing the closing activities of the WBS on SAP

• Financial monitoring of contracts and preparation of financial and Project Control reports

• Support for the administrative-accounting activities connected with the management and progress of the projects

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in Project Control / Cost Control

• Proven knowledge of administrative-accounting processes in environmental remediation, with particular reference to fuel stations and industrial sites

• At least 3 years of experience using SAP, with particular reference to the management of OdL, SAL, WBS and project budgets

• Solid knowledge of job costing, contractor management and invoicing processes

• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel

• Precision, operational autonomy, organisational skills and respect for deadlines

Contract type: fixed-term employment with ISS International S.p.A.

Duration of assignment: 6 months

Expected start: December 2026

Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Place of work: Fano (PU)

Working model: hybrid, with on-site presence for 2 days per week and remote work for the remaining 3 days.

Indicative RAL salary: 22,000-25,000 EUR, to be defined based on the experience and skills of the selected candidate, subject to confirmation of the economic conditions.

Availability required: preferably immediate or with short notice, compatible with the planned start in December 2026.
