IT Business Partner (Supply Chain)

This challenge is for you if...

• You have a fluent level of English (minimum B2/C1) that enables you to collaborate effectively in international contexts or with teams across the group.

• You have a great ability to translate strategic insights and business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

• You know how to define acceptance criteria (DoD) and are used to taking part in the execution of quality tests (UAT).

• You have experience working closely with leadership roles to understand their challenges, acting as their analytical right hand.

What you will do...

• You will act as the functional expert on domain requirements, ensuring a complete and high-quality functional specification.

• You will define the acceptance criteria to ensure that deliverables effectively address the business need and provide the expected value once executed by the Project Manager.

• You will document in detail the use cases, business flows and rules.

• You will actively take part in building the functional design and the solution architecture, specifying the software elements that will guide the engineering teams.

• You will work with the Product Manager to define the main digital and business KPIs, supporting strategic monitoring.

• You will keep up to date with IT sector knowledge and its trends, carrying out technology watch to propose innovative solutions that fit the domain roadmap.
