We are looking for a Development Architect with an eminently practical approach, able to take part in building digital products from start to finish. A person who combines fullstack development, software architecture knowledge, product thinking and the use of AI tools applied to the development cycle.

What will you do?

• Build and evolve digital products from scratch.

• Develop fullstack solutions, working on frontend and backend, data and integrations.

• Turn business needs into functional technical solutions.

• Actively take part in architecture decisions and system design.

• Evaluate technical alternatives considering scalability, performance, maintainability and costs.

• Carry out proofs of concept and technical validations.

• Use generative AI tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation and automation.

• Promote good practices in software quality, security and maintainability.

• Collaborate in defining MVPs and prioritising features.

• Provide product vision, balancing business objectives and user needs.

• Coordinate with different technical teams, identifying dependencies and facilitating collaboration.

What are we looking for?

✅ Solid experience in fullstack development.

✅ Ability to take part in the technical design of solutions and system design.

✅ Knowledge of modern architectures and development of scalable applications.

✅ Experience building digital products iteratively.

✅ Handling of programming assistants and AI tools for:

• Code generation and review.

• Problem solving.

• Testing and documentation.

• Task automation.

✅ Product-oriented mindset and focus on delivering value.

✅ Ability to collaborate with different teams and act as a technical reference when needed, without hierarchical responsibility.

• Flexible hours ⏰: flexible hours, arrival 8:30 and departure 18:00, with a short Friday of 8:00 to 15:00 and in summer (July and August) a short day of 8:00 to 15:00.
