Ictech has existed since 2011 and today we are around 200 employees in five locations across Sweden. Our Stockholm office has now been up and running for just over a year, and we continue to grow with experienced consultants in areas including Data, AI, Cloud and Software Engineering.

We want to build Stockholm for the long term with the right people, exciting assignments and an office where there are still great opportunities to influence how we develop going forward.

We are now looking for an experienced Data Engineer who wants to become part of that journey.

About the role

We are looking for you who want to create robust and efficient data solutions in GCP. You enjoy working close to the data platform itself and are used to building solutions that must work in practice even as data volumes grow and demands on performance and scalability increase.

In the role you could, for example, work on developing data pipelines, data infrastructure and platforms in close collaboration with other engineers, analysts and the business.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 7 years of experience in Data Engineering and good experience of GCP

• Have worked with BigQuery, Dataflow and Pub/Sub

• Have experience of ETL/ELT, data pipelines and large data volumes

• Have good knowledge of Python and SQL

• Have experience of, for example, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake or Databricks

• Are used to taking personal responsibility and driving solutions forward

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

• Merit points if you have experience from banking, finance or fintech
