• modernisation of data platforms,

• value creation from ERP data, in particular SAP,

• development of analytical and AI use cases with high business value.

🤝 Your role: Lead Data & AI

We are opening a key role of Lead Data & AI, at the heart of the practice's growth strategy. You operate at the interface between the offering, the sales teams, the experts and the clients. You play a structuring role in:

• driving and developing the Data & AI business,

• structuring and positioning offerings in the market,

• identifying and converting high-potential opportunities,

• supporting sales teams through complex sales cycles.

This cross-functional role is part of an entrepreneurial dynamic, working closely with the French teams and the delaware international ecosystem.

🎯 Your missions

Opportunity development

• Identify and qualify Data & AI opportunities with our clients and prospects

• Contribute to pipeline structuring (prioritisation, account strategy, partners)

• Take part in scoping and qualification of opportunities

• Contribute to developing commercial proposals (value, structuring, costing)

• Animate and bring together a community of Data & AI experts

Structuring and positioning of offerings

• Contribute to structuring Data & AI offerings

• Translate technological capabilities into value propositions that are clear to the market

• Take part in industrialising approaches and repeatable use cases

Accelerating sales cycles

• Act in pre-sales in support of the sales teams

• Lead or take part in scoping workshops with clients

• Ensure alignment between business challenges and proposed data & AI solutions

Ecosystem development

• Contribute to relations with our technology partners (SAP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake…)

• Take part in events (trade shows, conferences, round tables)

• Identify and develop joint opportunities and common initiatives

Go-to-market & visibility

• Contribute to creating content (presentations, use cases, events)

• Strengthen the visibility of the Data & AI practice in the market

• Take part in communication and representation activities, in liaison with marketing

This role involves:

• strong cross-functionality (offering, sales, delivery, partners, delaware international),

• managing several topics in parallel,

• the ability to create alignment without direct line management,

• genuine autonomy and the stance of an influential leader.

🎯 Are you the person we are looking for?

Your experience

• 8 to 15 years' experience in consulting, data or the cloud ecosystem

• Proven experience in business development, pre-sales or offering development

• Good understanding of modern data architectures

Your skills

• Ability to identify, structure and convert opportunities

• Solid understanding of data, analytics and AI challenges

• Comfortable with business and technical stakeholders

• Ability to build differentiating value propositions

• Good knowledge of the SAP, Microsoft, Databricks ecosystems (or equivalent)

Your qualities

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Strong capacity for structuring and synthesis

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• A genuine appetite for Data & AI topics
