Your job

'• Day-to-day accounts payable: You process incoming invoices and independently resolve discrepancies and open items. Even at high volume, you ensure swift processing and consistently high quality.

• Ownership of the process: You keep the entire purchase-to-pay (P2P) process in view - from purchase order through goods receipt and invoice verification to payment - and work closely with the teams involved.

• Closing and reconciliations: You reconcile creditor accounts, handle clarification cases and deliver robust contributions to month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings.

• Process improvement and projects: You analyse existing workflows across team boundaries, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements together with the relevant interfaces.

• Automation and AI: You examine where automation and AI can sensibly support processing, and help shape solutions that improve efficiency and quality - with appropriate controls and professional review.

Your profile

'• Solid practical experience in accounts payable: You manage day-to-day operations confidently, prioritise well even with a high volume of documents, and independently deliver precise results.

• End-to-end understanding: You know the key sub-areas of the P2P process from practice and have already supported projects analysing or improving cross-functional workflows.

• SAP experience: You have worked with SAP in accounts payable; experience with SAP S/4HANA is particularly welcome.

• Drive to shape: You constructively question routines, think beyond your own task and implement improvements pragmatically.

• Openness to new technologies: You are interested in how automation and AI can improve creditor processes. We do not require knowledge of specific AI tools.

• Languages: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
