Senior SEA Specialist

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As an experienced SEA Specialist, you are responsible for developing and implementing SEA strategies for our clients. You run the SEA campaigns in substance and advise clients on a strategic level based on that content. You are not afraid to take a leading role in this, because our clients are looking for growth and are therefore open to innovations, opportunities & (test) ideas. We have a diverse portfolio of A-clients, from B2B lead generation to large webshops. Each with their own challenges, so no day is the same. 

The client teams you work in consist of experienced SEA, SEO, CRO & Social Advertising marketers. The entire SEA team within Fightclub consists of several talented & enthusiastic colleagues (junior/medior/senior), each with their own specialism. With this team you share experiences, challenges and developments in the SEA field, and this way we continuously bring the level of knowledge to a higher level.

Responsibilities

• You are ultimately responsible for SEA for several A-clients

• You create full funnel advertising strategies and work together with the client team to convince the client of them

• You are involved in new business processes & pitches and act as the SEA figurehead of Fightclub externally on the various online channels

• You are one of the frontrunners in the SEA team regarding new trends, tools & developments

• You proactively share knowledge with colleagues and provide internal & external training within the SEA field (thought leader)

PROFILE

• Several years of hands-on SEA experience is a requirement, but strong analytical & commercial thinking are at least as important. You have experience leading (junior) colleagues, setting up and rolling out Paid Ads strategies and you know how to convey your knowledge & expertise to clients at C-level.
