Mission

Reporting to our Construction Management Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Organise, administer and control all site activities so as to bring construction operations to completion, in accordance with the contract requirements.

You are mainly in charge of:
- Managing the TCE operational teams (supervisors,...)
- Writing and analysing construction progress (via scheduler)
- Client reporting (Reporting and leading progress meetings)

You ensure the proper management of construction supervision operations in compliance with the requirements of the construction execution plan and the project's technical and contractual documents.

Profile

- Qualification: Bac +5 in Engineering, Construction, Industrial Engineering or equivalent or BTS ROC with at least 20 years' experience
- Experience: minimum 15 or 20 years on complex industrial projects
- Experience in the Metallurgy (Oil & Gas, Paper, Energy, Pharma..) sector required
- Professional English required
- Leadership, rigour, pragmatism, decision-making capacity and a sense of responsibility are necessary qualities to succeed in this role.
