Responsibilities 
This role is primarily focused on improving the user experience and carrying out external testing for different teams. Supporting our various teams by improving the systems they rely on every day will nonetheless be part of the expectations of the role.

• Implement new features and change requests while ensuring quality and performance
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code, collaborating with colleagues to achieve high PR acceptance rates
• Plan and execute migrations with zero or minimal downtime 
• Communicate effectively with other teams to refine specifications and align expectations
• Solve problems and respond to requests for help from other teams

Qualifications/Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in software or computer engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack or backend development
• Experience working with Ruby on Rails required
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure maintenance or support on AWS is an asset
• Knowledge of VueJS and GraphQL is an asset
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

We are looking for candidates with proven experience, able to become independent quickly and establish themselves as autonomous contributors during their first year.

Full Stack Developer I
Early-career contributor who is developing core skills.
Salary range: 80,000 to 115,000$
Typical professional experience: 0 to 4 years

• You are able to complete well-defined tasks, with support when the work is new or the way forward is unclear
• You ask good questions, keep others informed and meet your commitments
• You are still developing your experience with more complex problems and with the lifecycle of an application in production

Full Stack Developer II
Autonomous contributor whom the team can count on to deliver solid work
Salary range: 103,000 to 135,000$
Typical professional experience: 4 to 9 years

• You are able to take ownership of projects in most parts of our codebase
• You work directly with stakeholders to clarify goals, refine specifications and challenge scope when necessary
• You know which decisions require the team's input and are able to present different options along with their pros and cons
• You help improve the codebase as well as the team's ways of working

Senior Full Stack Developer
Experienced contributor who has an impact at the system and team level
Salary range: 125,000 to 160,000$
Typical professional experience: 8 years and more

• You are able to take on complex mandates starting only from the expected outcome
• You make sustainable decisions, considering their overall impact on the system
• You see technical debt as a deliberate trade-off: it can sometimes let us move faster, but it also sometimes needs to be settled before it starts to constrain us
• You contribute to the development of less experienced developers and help the team become stronger over time
